The owners

Hey! We are Alicia and Harrison. We met as kids, grew up together, and have now been married and living in Creston for the past 10 years. When we are not baking or growing flowers, you can find us with our dogs, Luna and Cosmo, attending an event in our community, or most likely supporting a local bakery, restuarant or coffee shop.

Foliage and Flour

Founded in 2023, Foliage and Flour quite literally grew from a love for gardening & baking. As our name suggests, we sell flower bouquets and baked goods!

All of our flowers are grown in our backyard 350 sq ft. backyard garden, or at our local community garden plot.

We are a licensed bakery as of April 2025, specializing in shortbread, a Scottish family recipe passed down from Alicia’s grandmother Lena. We have developed all of our flavors from her original recipe! We also bake sourdough bread, cookies, and other baked goods available weekly.
