We've taken elements from a few recipes we've used, merged them together, made them even larger and have made the official Foliage and Flour Cinnamon rolls.

We wanted these to be more lemony so we've added more lemon flavor to both the shortbread and the powered sugar topping.

We thought the peppermint flavor was too mild and wanted to make the shortbread more special so we added a tiny bit of peppermint flavor and dark chocolate chips into the shortbread.
